1. Terms and definitions
1.1. Public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is a public offer by the Seller, addressed to an indefinite number of persons, to conclude a contract for the sale and purchase of goods remotely with the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") on the terms and conditions contained in this Offer.
1.2. Order of Goods on the website of the online store – items specified by the Buyer from the range of Goods offered for sale when placing an order for the purchase of Goods on the website of the online store or through the Operator.
1.3. Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of the Offer.

2. General Provisions
2.1. The Buyer’s order for the Goods placed on the website of the online store means that the Buyer agrees with all the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The Seller’s website administration has the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Buyer.
2.3. The Offer is valid for an unlimited period, unless otherwise specified on the Website of the online store.
2.4. The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and reliable information about the Product, including information about the main consumer properties of the Product, place of manufacture, and information about the warranty period. All information about the Product is provided on the website of the online store, in the technical documentation attached to the Product, on labels, by marking or in another way accepted for certain types of goods, including when calling the online store support service. All information materials presented on the website are for reference only. Before placing an Order, the Buyer must contact the Seller to clarify the properties and characteristics of the Product. Information about the place of manufacture of the product is indicated in the instructions or on the product packaging. The Buyer can also receive information before the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement by calling a specialist of the Online Store. If the warranty period for the Product is not specified on the website of the online store, in the technical documentation attached to the Product, on labels, by marking or in another way accepted for certain types of goods, the warranty period for the Product is 12 months from the date of transfer of the Product to the Buyer.
2.5. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose the login and password specified during registration to third parties. If the Buyer has any suspicions regarding the security of his login and password or the possibility of their unauthorized use by third parties, the Buyer undertakes to immediately notify the Seller and change the registration data in the "Personal Account" section.
2.6. The Parties acknowledge that the Seller is considered to have fulfilled its obligations to deliver the Goods properly if it used the Buyer’s data specified in the registration form.
2.7. The Seller shall not be liable:
• for damage caused to the Buyer due to improper use of the Goods;
• for losses of the Buyer arising as a result of incorrect completion of documents, including incorrect indication of registration data when placing an Order;
• for damage caused to the Buyer as a result of illegal actions of third parties;
• for full or partial failure to fulfill their obligations, if such failure was a consequence of force majeure circumstances that arose after the entry into force of the Rules, as a result of extraordinary events that the Parties could not foresee or prevent.
• for the Buyer’s losses that arose after the transfer of the Goods to representatives of the transport company for delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.
2.8. The functionality, software and technical characteristics of the Products are fully checked by the Buyer prior to purchase and the Buyer assumes responsibility for the compatibility of the Products with the equipment and automation systems used by the Buyer. Before the transfer of the Product to him, the Buyer is notified that the compatibility of the Product was checked only with the automation systems specified in the technical characteristics indicated on the website dvbstore.ru, the compatibility of the Product with other systems is not guaranteed and is not a reason for returning the product to the Seller. The Products are intended for indoor use only.
2.9. The Buyer is notified that the Products are not intended to operate in life support systems, security systems and other vital systems as the main device; these Products can only be used as auxiliary devices.
2.10. The Seller has the right to make changes to the circuitry of devices or to the configuration of the components of the Goods at its own discretion, without notifying the Buyer, provided that such changes do not impair the properties of the Goods. Changes to the components of the Goods may only concern the following components: cables, power supplies, IR receiver. Changes without notifying the Buyer are only permissible with respect to the shape, color, and materials of the Goods and packaging.
2.11. Claims in electronic form must be sent to the address: sales@dvbstore.ru, or to the address: 197341, St. Petersburg, Serebristy Boulevard, 21, building A, office 79-N.
3. Placing an order
3.1. The order for the Goods is made by the Buyer through the Operator by phone +7(812) 670-46-64 or through the service of the website of the online store dvbstore.ru
3.2. When registering on the website of the online store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information:
• last name, first name, patronymic of the Buyer or the person indicated by him (recipient);
• the address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery is to the Buyer’s address);
• email address;
• contact phone number.
3.3. The name, quantity, assortment, article number, and price of the Product selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer’s shopping cart on the website of the online store.
3.4. If the Seller requires additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer. In the event that the Buyer fails to provide the necessary information, the Seller shall not be liable for the Product selected by the Buyer.
3.5. When placing an Order through the Operator, the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in paragraph 3.2. of this Offer.
3.6. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer by entering the relevant data into the registration form on the website of the online store or by placing an Order through the Operator. After placing an Order through the Operator, the Buyer's data is registered in the Seller's database. Having approved the Order for the selected Product, the Buyer provides the Operator with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure specified in paragraph 4.2. of this Offer.
3.7. The Seller shall not be liable for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
3.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an Order.
3.9. A remote sale and purchase agreement between the Seller and the Buyer (an individual) is considered concluded from the moment the Seller issues (sends) to the Buyer a cash or sales receipt or other document confirming payment for the Goods or the Seller receives a message about the Buyer’s intention to purchase the Goods.
4. Cost and payment
4.1. The price for each item of the Product is indicated on the website of the online store.
4.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price of any item of the Product.
4.3. In the event of a change in the price of the ordered Goods, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer of the change in the price of the Goods as soon as possible.
4.4. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the purchase of the Goods if the price is changed by the Seller after the Order has been placed.
4.5. The Seller is not permitted to change the price of the Goods paid for by the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller indicates the cost of delivery of the Goods on the website of the online store or informs the Buyer when the Operator places an order.
4.7. The Buyer’s obligations to pay for the Goods are considered fulfilled from the moment the Seller receives the funds.
4.8. Payments between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made in the ways specified on the website of the online store in the Payment section.
5. Delivery and transfer of goods to the buyer. Return of goods.
5.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with services for the delivery of the Goods by one of the methods specified on the website of the online store.
5.2. If the Agreement for the sale and purchase of goods remotely is concluded with the condition of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the place specified by the Buyer within the time period agreed upon by the Parties when placing the Order.
5.3. The Buyer specifies the place of delivery of the Goods when placing the Order for purchase.e Goods.
5.4. The delivery time of the Goods to the Buyer consists of the order processing time and the delivery time.
5.5. The delivered Goods are transferred to the Buyer, and in the absence of the Buyer, to any person who presents a receipt or other document confirming the conclusion of the Agreement or the execution of the delivery of the Goods.
5.6. Information on mandatory confirmation of conformity of the Goods shall be provided in the manner and by the methods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and shall include information on the number of the document confirming such conformity, its validity period and the organization that issued it.
5.7. In the event of a discrepancy in the quality of the Goods, revealed during their installation, operation (hidden defects), or failure of the Goods during the warranty period, the Buyer is obliged to transfer the defective Goods to the Supplier. The Supplier must eliminate the defects or replace the defective Goods within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt for warranty repairs.
5.8. The faulty (defective) Goods are sent to the Supplier's service center at the address: 197341, St. Petersburg, Serebristy Boulevard, 21, litera A, office 79-N, for repair or replacement. The costs of delivering the Goods to the service center are paid by the Buyer, return delivery is paid by the Supplier.
5.9. The Supplier shall not be liable for its warranty obligations if the Goods fail due to the fault of the Buyer, third parties, or due to violation of the rules of its operation.
5.10. In cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as in cases where replacement of the Goods or warranty repair is impossible, the Seller shall return the cost of the Goods to the Buyer.
5.11. In the event of delivery of the goods by a transport company, the date of delivery, as well as the moment of fulfillment by the Seller of the obligations to deliver the Goods, is the date of transfer of the Goods to the representatives of the transport company for delivery to the Buyer, which is certified by the signing of a forwarding receipt or other document confirming the transfer to the representatives of the transport company.
5.12. The right of ownership of the Goods and the risk of accidental loss of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer from the moment the Goods are transferred to the representatives of the transport company for delivery to the Buyer.
6. Protection of personal data

6.2. The Buyer's personal data will be processed in ways that correspond to the purposes of processing personal data, including with or without the use of automation tools. The consent given by the Buyer to the processing of his personal data is indefinite and may be revoked by the Buyer sending a written statement to the address of the Seller's location. At the same time, the Buyer is informed and agrees that in the event of revocation of consent to the processing of personal data, the Seller has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the Buyer, ifthe presence of grounds established by law.
