What is the "Repeat order" button in the "My orders" section for?
Using this button, the customer can place all products from any previously placed order in the shopping cart.
How to merge two or more orders into one?
Combining several orders into one, unfortunately, is technically impossible.
In extreme cases, you can cancel the orders placed and place a new one with the general composition.
Can I change the shipping address of a placed order?
It is not possible to change the address in a placed order.
In extreme cases, you can select the order for which you want to change the address in your personal account, click the Repeat order link and specify a different delivery address, and cancel the old order.
How to cancel an order or an individual item from an order?
To cancel an order or an item from an order:
- Go to My orders;
- Find the required order;
- Click on the link Cancel order.
Note: You can only cancel an order before it has been paid.
How can I check the status of an order?
The buyer can track the status of the order directly on the website of the online store in the Personal Account. In addition, he receives notifications by e-mail when placing an order, paying for it and transferring the order to the delivery service.
In case of questions, the client can always contact the customer service by phone and get full information about the status of the order.
How do I return a product or file a claim?
The client has the right to refuse the ordered goods of good quality at any time before receiving it, and after receiving it - within 7 days, not counting the day of purchase. Return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.
If the buyer refuses the goods, the online store returns the cost of the returned goods to him, except for the costs of the seller for the delivery of goods from the client to the online store.
The client can return the product of inadequate quality to the manufacturer or seller and demand a refund of the amount paid during the warranty period or expiration date. The client also has the right to demand the replacement of goods of inadequate quality or the elimination of defects found.
Return of funds in both cases is made no later than 10 days from the date of receipt by the seller of the client's written application for the return of the goods.
I have a discount coupon. How can I use it?
A discount coupon allows you to get a personal discount on a product. To do this, when placing an order in the My shopping cart section, indicate the discount coupon code in a special field.
